My personal insurance plan participation is directly determined by the insurance plans that the University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) Medical School participates in as an institution.  A link to the plans the UTSW participates in is as follows:

This list does NOT necessarily mean that I (Dr. Michael Chiu) am currently contracted with each plan at the time you read this.  Since I have joined UTSW, it may take various insurance plans some months before I am an approved provider on their plan even if I was an approved provider in my previous solo practice in December 2010.  That is just the way insurance credentialing works in the modern age I sorry to report.
