Fee Schedule
Our fees are variable and depend on:
1. What problems are addressed during a visit
2. How much time is spent with the patient
3. Examinations, treatments, or procedures done during the visit.
In general the charge for a NEW patient office visit will range from $150-$275. An average charge is $180. ESTABLISHED patient office visit charges range from $65-$190. An average charge is $95. Lab tests, EKG's, injectable medications or vaccines, and procedure fees are not included in these charges and are extra.

PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME OF VISIT UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR TO THE VISIT.
