If you have an emergency, or think you might have an emergency, then please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room! You do NOT need your insurance companies permission to go to an Emergency Room if you believe you might be having a medical emergency.

Please CALL our office at 972-556-1128 for urgent matters. After 5 PM and on weekends, the telephone is answered by an answering service. The answering service will page the doctor on call for urgent medical matters and he or she will call you back. There is a charge (not covered by insurance) of $15 for non emergency telephone calls after hours and on weekends.
For routine medical matters, please call the office during regular business hours.
For medication refills, please have you pharmacy fax a refill request to our office. Please allow at least 24 hours for medication refill authorizations.

Remember that emails (especially if done from work) are not necessarily protected as confidential or private and can be read by other parties including your employer.
Once we receive the message, we will treat it with the respect and confidentiality required of all personal medical information. Your email will be printed out and added to your chart if it is medically relevant to your healthcare.
